If you do not have a valid passport, please see the list of other documents that you can provide to prove your eligibility to work in the UK.

UK/Irish National:

  • Current UK/Irish passport or Irish passport card, or
  • Expired UK/Irish passport or Irish passport card, or
  • Full birth or adoption certificate and proof of NI (on an official document showing full name and NI number, such as a payslip, letter or P45)

Non-UK national:

  • Home office share code and date of birth, or 
  • Current international passport with endorsements/observations that detail right to work, or
  • A current immigration status document issued by the Home Office and proof of NI

How will I find out if my application has been successful?

We will communicate with you via the email address on your application to keep you up to date with:

  • Confirmation of starting your application
  • Confirmation of submitting your application
  • Invitations to book an interview
  • Outcome of your application and interview
  • Ad hoc information and updates
