Salary - £28,157.34

6 month fixed term contract.

The role of Customer Services Advisor within Uniform Services will be responsible for providing a high level of Customer Service support to all BA employees visiting Uniform Services locations on a daily basis. Within the role you will be responsible for providing a uniform counter collection service, answering queries and providing delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for liaising with internal customers within various departments at the Castle Donington and Long Eaton sites to ensure a smooth running of the uniform delivery service. Uniform Services locations include 3 dedicated locations in the Heathrow area. 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent Customer Service to all visitors to Uniform Services locations
  • Accurately complete all appropriate paperwork to support alterations
  • Provide an efficient counter collection service for employees receiving their new uniforms
  • Keep up close liaison with your internal customers to ensure the smooth running of customer deliveries
  • Receipt and restock daily deliveries of uniform
  • Work between Uniform Services locations on a rota basis
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties or tasks to assist with project work or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with Customers and Colleagues to problem solve
